Returns

We do not accept returns for products unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect or damage.

Eligibility for Return

A product will be eligible for return if:

  • It was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
  • It is unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Perishable goods, personal care items, and items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

Refund Process (if applicable)

If your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product to our return address.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
