Returns
We do not accept returns for products unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect or damage.
Eligibility for Return
A product will be eligible for return if:
- It was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
- It is unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Perishable goods, personal care items, and items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
Refund Process (if applicable)
If your return request is approved:
- We will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product to our return address.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
